The future of digital cash takes center stage as Paytaca hosts Cash 3.0: International Bitcoin Cash Conference 2026, the first-ever international Bitcoin Cash event of this expanse in the Philippines.

 

Co-presented by Toyota Team Cebu, the three-day event will be held on July 31 to August 2, 2026 at Robinsons Galleria Cebu and Summit Hotel Cebu, gathering local and international Bitcoin Cash advocates, entrepreneurs, developers, merchants, and community builders in the Queen City of the South.

The conference proper at Summit Hotel Galleria aims to showcase how Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is creating real-world value through practical applications, financial innovation, and emerging technologies. Attendees can expect insightful talks, panel discussions, live demonstrations, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to strengthen and expand the ecosystem. While the Cash 3.0 Bazaar at the Robinsons Galleria Activity Area will have carnival games, Paytaca merchant partners, and prizes for all. Special guests will also grace the event.

 

 

Building the Cash 3.0 Economy

The first day of the conference proper at Summit Hotel, Saturday, August 1, will focus on the theme “Building the Cash 3.0 Economy.”Discussions will explore how Bitcoin Cash empowers individuals, businesses, and communities through accessible digital payments, decentralized services, and innovative applications.

 

The sessions will be highlighting the importance of building products and services that solve real-world problems and drive sustainable BCH adoption.

 

While the next sessions will be talking about Peer-to-Peer Payments with a Tap, Building an Open AI Economy on Bitcoin Cash; Incentivizing Participation in the BCH Economy, and; Global Payroll Without Borders, among others.

 

 

Strengthening the Bitcoin Cash Ecosystem

On Sunday, August 2, the conference shifts its focus to “Strengthening the Bitcoin Cash Ecosystem.” The second day will feature talks and panel discussions from local and international leaders, developers, entrepreneurs, and community builders working to accelerate Bitcoin Cash adoption around the world.

 

Highlight speaker will be Atty. Rafael Padilla, author of the law book Crypto and the Law. He is also one of the top lawyers in the Philippines that focus on cryptocurrency.The full lineup of speakers and topics will be announced in the coming weeks, building anticipation for what promises to be an exciting and insightful day for the BCH community.

 

Builders Arena and Hackathon

Beyond the conference stage, the Builders Arena Hackathon, where participants from Paytaca’s CashScript workshops from 14 universities in the Visayas will compete by building practical applications on Bitcoin Cash and aim to win up to Php200,000.

 

More Than a Conference

Cash 3.0 is designed to be an immersive experience for newcomers and longtime BCH supporters alike. Participants will have access to a BCH-powered bazaar, demonstrations of Bitcoin Cash applications, fun carnival games, and hands-on learning experiences at Robinsons Galleria Activity Area for the whole duration.

 

Toyota Team Cebu will also be unveiling and showing to the public their spanking brand new all-electric vehicle, the BZ4X.
