AIDS on stage with Kiriring, Aida’t Macaraig

 

Tanghalang Batingaw Alumni Association Inc. in cooperation with the National Commission for Culture and Arts proudly presents a revisioned story by Nippon Denzo and Rowmel Rodriguez of Harold De Mesa’s Kiriring, Aida’t Macaraig. The show will run for two days on February 19-20.

Kiriring, Aida’t Macaraig follows the story of three individuals infected with HIV. They tried to live a normal life but still haunted by their past. Set in the early 90s to 2010s, this stage play aims to promote awareness and to help end the stigma commonly associated with HIV-infected people.

Kiriring, Aida’t Macaraig will be shown on February 19, 2016 at Teatrino Promenade, Greenhills, San Juan City (4:00PM & 8:00PM) and on February 20, 2016 at CAP Auditorium, Makati City (1:00PM, 4:00PM & 7:00PM).
