Asian Institute of Management online MBA program offers professionals access to premier education

In an effort to help more professionals gain advanced skills and business acumen that can propel their careers, the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) has launched a new Online Master in Business Administration (MBA) program. This 100-percent Online MBA program makes post-graduate learning more accessible to busy professionals with its flexible and convenient pace.

The 35-unit post-graduate program has the same curriculum and line-up of subjects as those in its full-time MBA program, but without the electives.

Taught by the premiere institution’s faculty of professors and industry experts, the Online MBA  is conducted through synchronous classes to ensure a collaborative learning experience and interaction among its diverse student body. Time-pressed professionals will find the sessions easy to manage as classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday night, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

“We understand how challenging it can be for most professionals to take time off from their jobs or family obligations to get an MBA. Our Online MBA program bridges this gap and helps more professionals and prospective entrepreneurs transform their careers and lives wherever they are in the world,” said Prof. Felipe Calderon, CPA, CMA, PhD, Head of the Washington SyCip Graduate School of Business.

An MBA is a sought-after degree among business leaders and entrepreneurs. It develops business and leadership skills, paves the way to a strong business network, and leads to job promotions or leadership positions. The program also helps establish future-proof careers since its graduates develop valuable soft and hard skills required in highly-technical careers.

“Through our Online MBA, more professionals can build future-ready careers, which is vital now that the fourth industrial revolution has begun. Future jobs require technical and soft skills that MBA graduates are well-equipped in, so all professionals should seriously consider getting an MBA,” said Prof. Albert Wee Kwan Tan, PhD, Academic Program Director for Online MBA.

Students have 18 months to complete the AIM Online MBA program, including a capstone project. They also have opportunities to participate in various global programs, such as the Global Network for Advanced Management’s Small Network Online Courses, local and international business competitions, and Yale’s School of Management’s Dual Degree Program.

The Online MBA tuition is USD 15,500. Students may also avail the school’s “Study now, Pay later” program and installment payment scheme.
