Access flexible ticket options

As global air travel continues to be affected by COVID-19, Emirates has put in place additional offers that give customers added flexibility when it comes to their ticket options.

For starters, all tickets purchased from April 1, 2021 onwards will be automatically valid for 24 months. Within this time, ticket holders can either change the date of travel or ask for a refund at no extra charge, giving them the flexibility to postpone or cancel their trip without setbacks if their travel plans were to be affected by COVID-19.

Those who book their tickets from April 1, 2021 onwards also have the option to change their original destination for another in the same region and in the same travel class at no extra charge. To learn more about ticket options available to you, visit www.emirates.com/ph/english/help/covid-19/ticket-options/

Travel without worry

When flying Emirates, you will be able to travel worry-free with the airline industry’s first, multi-risk travel insurance and COVID-19 cover. Emirates is offering this cover with tickets purchased on December 1, 2020 onwards at no cost to customers.

Aside from the COVID-19 cover, the offer includes provisions for personal accidents during travel, winter sports cover, loss of personal belongings, and trip disruptions due to unexpected air space closure, travel recommendations or advisories, similar to other multi-risk travel insurance products. Some limitations and exclusions apply; for policy details and other information, visit www.emirates.com/english/before-you-fly/multi-risk-travel-insurance/

To avoid inconvenience, please make sure to check the latest government travel restrictions in your country of origin and ensure that you meet the travel requirements of your target destination.
