Expect a bigger and more festive event as Pilipinas International Balloon Festival Inc. (PIBF) together with the Arts, Culture and Tourism Office (ACTO) and Pampanga Provincial Government speardheads the 2nd Lubao International Balloon Festival (LIBF) on March 26-29, 2015 in Pradera Verde, Prado Siongco, Lubao, Pampanga.
Activities such as water balloon fight, motor paragliding, paint ball exhibition, night glow and fireworks display will happen aside from the 40 colorful hot air balloons coming from countries all over the world, with 15 specially shaped balloons like Darth Vader, Yoda, Humpty Dumpty, Froggy, and more. Get to see celebrities and brands such as Kamikazee, Mitoy with the Draybers, and The Voice Philippines Season 2 Final 4 will be performing on this 4-day event.

I am not the right person to answer your questions. We, as media partner was agreed upon to be invited to experience the event proper but it never happened. We were just used for media mileage which was only beneficial to the Lubao event organizer. Unfair, totally.
