What makes the JBL Authentics and the JBL Spinner BT unique?

JBL has really mastered and harnessed the power of the Bluetooth Technology. In my experience in setting up the JBL Spinner BT for the first time was under 6 minutes only. Meaning you don’t need special tools like screwdrivers, and the clutter of wires and cables to be able to use this amazing new device from JBL.

And to note, it easily paired with the JBL Authentics 300 without using any other device to make it happen. Yes, the JBL Authentics is auto-aware that there is a JBL Spinner BT in its environment and it was able to pair and connect with each other easily.

Design and Build of the JBL Authentics 300

The JBL Authentics 300  is housed in rectangular body covered with black leather and silver gold trimmings, Its top side houses 3 big black knobs that gives it a retro look, just like what an old FM Radio would look like. There are also 3 small transparent buttons on the mid center left side of the top area, that show a gold silver just like the handle and front trimming that accent the almost all black desing. The 3 switches are the bluetooth, power button and a heart, that illuminate and blink when the power is turned on

It also comes with a metallic handle covered in leather that  gives you that classic retro look, simplicity at its best! Now, you can bring your Authentics 300 anywhere you go! For me, it looks like it was inspired from those carry boxes of handicrafts men.

The front is designed with square tiles made from a soft fabric shielding the hard steel front grill, which protects the two 25mm tweeter amplifiers and a full range 5.25 inch speaker at the bottom, where the air outlet is located that gives the JBL Authentics 300 a down blast very rich bass sound. It is best to position the bluetooth speaker on the floor and beside a wall to give that full acoustic sound effect.  Total speaker power output (Max @ THD 1%): 100W Transducer: 2 x 25mm tweeter + 5.25” woofer.
