Golden Phoenix has a capacity of close to 500 rooms, half of which is for a luxury Hotel accommodation and the 384 for residential suites for serviced condo like and 42 commercial spaces. Oceanaire Manila is the proud developer of the said properties which has complete amenities such as function rooms, gym, pool and is made to architectural perfection.
As they had their soft opening in March 16, 2013 for the ground-breaking, 2 years after they made it open to full service.
The property is located right in front of the SM Mall of Asia, the Arena and beside the residences of SMDC. Entrance roads can be accessed through Macapagal boulevard or via edsa and take the Globe roundabout right at the center of the grand SM Malls.
