Philam Life inaugurates Genesis; a state-of-the-art facility exclusive to MDRT members

A state-of-the-art facility has been officially opened today in the Central Business District of Makati. Located at the Citi Center, Genesis by Philamlife has been inaugurated for the best Financial Advisors (FA) of Philam Life.

Genesis will be the home of growing number of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) of Philamlife, now numbering to more than 300.

Genesis is has three areas where FA and its customers can be productive. The FARM, The HIVE, and the NEST are three equally fun areas to stay at when you are at the Genesis.

The Farm is where FA’s are equipped with a structured development program that provides them not only with relevant knowledge and financial planning skills through real-life training.

The Hive is a modern workspace for individual or group collaborations. Online of offline, FA’s are equipped with the latest tools and sales support throughout every stage of performing their functions and achieving high levels of productivity.

The Nest is a special area where FA’s can invite clients over for individual financial needs analysis and for pocket forums. It provides an open and friendly environment that exudes both comfort and professionalism.

Youngest MDRT in the Philippines

During the launch, Elifestyle Manila bumped into one of the youngest MDRT in the country today. According to Mr. Stephen Segismundo, Head of Agency Strategy Office of Philam Life, they have several young FA’s who are MDRT members already.

Joshua Bayabo is one of them. He became MDRT member at age 19. Today this young successful Philam Life Financial Advisor is only 20 years old.

Another Genesis will be built in the South

Philam Life will be empowering their highly productive by building more facilities like the Genesis in Makati. Ms. Jay Ledesma confirmed that another Genesis will be opened before the end of the year and it will be in the Visayas Region.
