Uni3Gastrohub is a breakaway from the Trinity Seafood restaurant, with its sole proprietor Patrick Lozada, son of Sonia Lozada, the successful entrepreneur of the Trinity group. From this, Patrick hopes to have his own identity, as a businessman, and his own branding of a restaurant.
Uni3Gastrohub operates from breakfast, lunch and dinner and can be engaged as function rooms and venue like weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, corporate get together and special events where you need privacy, ample parking, and good food with an affordable price.
Their bestsellers are : Buttered garlic shrimp, Spicy squid, Tuwang blue marlin (visayan blend), baked tahong, kilawing tangigue, and of course, sizzling pusit, inihaw na pusit and inihaw na liempo. Top it up with ensaladang mangga at kamatis with their very own brand of bagoong.
On weekends and special occasions, Uni3Gastrohub will provide live acoustic music that will serenade you while having your meals and also make special requests of the songs you want to be played by the band.
Aside from this, you can also spend time singing on his KTV, with 6 VIP rooms where they can accomodate maximum of 30 pax for the biggest room. You have an option of singing OPM songs, Tagalog and English, and well-known international songs in English, Japanese and Korean.
