MDS Call Solutions, Inc. (MDSCSI) takes its voice and digital services up a notch with Globe Telecom. MDSCSI collaborated with Globe Telecom’s enterprise arm, Globe Business, to support its Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud migration and SMS Application Programming Interface (API) integration.

With flexible and responsive service delivery at its core, the BPO company acquired SMS credits from Globe Telecom to remain in consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their orders. By migrating to AWS Virtual Private Cloud, MDSCSI was able to directly and securely connect its order fulfillment system to McDelivery’s digital app and website.
