Representing Globe was Anton Bonifacio, the company’s Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, who delivered a compelling keynote titled “Building an AI-Powered Globe: How Internal AI Transformation Drives Ecosystem Value.” Bonifacio detailed Globe’s strategic journey to becoming an AI-powered organization—starting from within—with a strong foundation built on dynamic architecture, agile teams, ethical governance, and a people-first mindset.
Bonifacio emphasized Globe’s balanced and sustainable approach to AI, where technology and humanity go hand in hand. “Our campaign at Globe is simple: you have to be safe to innovate,” he said. “We empower every employee, from developers to frontliners, with the tools and freedom to solve real-world challenges through AI.” He described Globe’s AI framework as a “shared kitchen,” providing common tools, platforms, and guardrails that enable teams to build customized solutions while maintaining a unified foundation.
Highlighting the risks of fragmented innovation, Bonifacio explained, “Businesses are hungry—whether they want Chinese food, steak, or more products. If we each build separate kitchens with different components and partners, we’ll face vendor lock-in and overlapping technologies.” This analogy underlines Globe’s forward-thinking AI strategy: creating shared, flexible infrastructure that accelerates innovation without fragmentation.
