Teleperformance bags three wins at the 58th Anvil Awards

Teleperformance (TP) became one of the big winners at the 2023 Anvil Awards’ Gabi ng Parangal, bagging three awards for its successful marketing and public relations campaigns namely, “Work Wherever You Live, Live Wherever You Love: The Teleperformance Cloud Campus Jeepney Roadshow,” and “TPVac: The Teleperformance Philippines Vaccination Drive”. 

 

TP currently has around 60,000 employees across 23 sites in the Philippines. It has received the Great Place to Work® certification for five consecutive years, the first and largest employer in the country, and first company in the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry to receive such distinction. In 2022, TP was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Asia and in the Philippines.

Teleperformance in the Philippines won two awards in the public relations categories of Special Events & Exhibits, and Good Governance/Social Responsibility/Responsible Citizenship for their “Work Wherever You Live, Live Wherever You Love: The Teleperformance Cloud Campus Jeepney Roadshow.” The TP Cloud Campus is a long-term remote work solution launched in 2021. It allows home-based Interaction Experts to stay connected with their Teleperformance team through Cloud Campus, a state-of-the-art digital integrated operations management and people engagement solution. 

 

With its proven success, TP launched a jeepney roadshow campaign to bring the TP Cloud Campus to next-wave cities and municipalities in the provinces, bringing rewarding careers to local job-seekers and driving development for local economies.

The TP Cloud Campus Jeepney Roadshow was inspired by the iconic Filipino jeepney, a cultural symbol that represents the feeling of togetherness and of the indomitable Filipino spirit. The Cloud Campus Jeepney is powered by green energy and features a mobile, cloud-connected workstation that simulates a fully enabled work-at-home experience.

 

TP bagged a third award in the Specialized PR Program category for their TP Vac marketing campaign. TP Vac is an exclusive vaccination program for TP employees to ensure that they and their loved ones have free access to COVID-19 vaccines. 

 

TP rolled out an internal communication campaign promoting and informing employees the benefits of vaccination against COVID-19. They gave incentives for employees to get vaccinated and collaborated with local government units to secure vaccine slots for employees and their families. TP also partnered with local government units to provide free vaccines during its Bakuna Nights and jobsite events.
