Last Friday, April 27, 2018, iQor Philippines opened their 11th site in the Philippines at the PEZA zone of SM City, Sta. Rosa. The SM PEZA building which is located at the backside of the SM City Sta. Rosa mall, has 4 floors from the 6th upto the 9th floors, are fully occupied by iQor Philippines. The current site has 1,400 agents but the site is ready to accomodate more than 3,000 in all its 4 floors.
iQor Sta. Rosa is located 38 kilometers (24 miles) outside of Metro Manila, going down South of NCR, and is home to the a growing young, tech-oriented labor pool. iQor’s contact center opened its doors in a newly built building next to the SM CIty Sta. Rosa Mall in October 2017. Currently, they are looking at expanding and with talks of SM City Sta. Rosa to build 2 more PEZA accredited towers beside the existing one.
